一般營造—採不定期限額開放

雇主須符合營造業法規定，經內政部國土管理署認定已承攬在建工程，各級營造業近3年平均承攬工程之規模符合依營造業承攬工程手冊記載近三年平均承攬工程契約金額（契約造價）達以下圖表規模

勞工職業災害保險費 62 元
就業安定費 3,500-8,500元
